Béatrice the sommelier selects two wines for you based on the Chef's inspiration and shares her choices and passion with you throughout the meal.

The EXCEPTION tasting
Beatrice chooses a wine for each of the dishes imagined by the chef and will tell you about them throughout the meal.

Béatrice is a wine expert, consulting sommelier and agent for 45 predominantly organic winegrowers.
She is also a consultant and trainer for restaurant staff and does cellar appraisals.
She is the collaborator of François Audouze, the greatest collector of old wines in the world.
