How far in advance should I book?
Whenever you want, but at least 3 days before the dinner date, subject to availability.
Can I choose the menu?
You cannot choose your menu. The whole point of Confidences de Papilles lies in the discovery, during the day, of your Gourmet Experience. However, you have the possibility to indicate your preferences and especially your intolerances and constraints when booking.
I have booked a dinner and am unable to attend. What should I do ?
If you notify us at least 4 days before, we will offer you a gourmet credit, valid for 3 months.
After this period, the reservation cannot be refunded or exchanged.
When will I know the menu?
You will discover the gourmet program planned by the Chef upon your arrival or the Aperitif if you have requested it when booking.
I have food intolerances. When do you share it?
You can let us know when booking. A zone is reserved for you for this in the reservation request.
Can I offer a dinner without choosing a date?
You can offer a gift voucher for a Confidences de Papilles dinner. The lucky winner of the gift voucher suffices to contact Confidences de Papilles to book his dinner on the desired date. The gift voucher is valid for 3 months.
I want to move the date of my dinner. Is it possible ?
Yes of course, once only and up to 4 days before the date initially set. For this, you must contact Jérôme as soon as possible!
At what time should you come?
Neither too early nor too late! You are expected at 8:30 p.m. to discover your dinner. Beware of latecomers, you risk having a cold dinner or missing a dish ;-)
What time does dinner end?
Dinners usually end around 11 p.m. However, if you have time constraints, you can let us know when booking.
Can I change the number of guests at my dinner?
Yes of course, once only and up to 4 days before the date initially set. For this, you must contact Jérôme as soon as possible!
What is the difference between the bistronomic menu and the gourmet menu?
The bistronomic menu is made up of 3 gourmet dishes prepared from the finest products on the market. The gourmet menu is made up of 4 dishes made from exceptional products.
Is the drink included in the price?
Jérôme will make you taste wines that he has specially selected according to the dishes that make up your menu.
When discovering the menu of your Gourmet Experience, the Chef will offer you some Exceptional wines from the Private Cellar of Confidences de Papilles (additional charge)
I would like to organize a dinner by finalizing the menu with Jérôme. Is it possible ?
Confidences de Papilles is an original and unique experience. And it is because its menu is a surprise that the evening is magical and the experience unforgettable. It is therefore difficult to determine the menu in advance .... But you can ask him the question!
How much can we have dinner up to?
Jérôme accommodates up to 6 people.
I am all alone… Can I come and join a dinner party?
You can very well come alone. Jérôme will be happy to welcome you and share his colorful cuisine, tell you about his discoveries during his travels ... On the other hand, it is impossible for the moment to associate you with other guests.
Can we choose different menus for a dinner?
The concept of Confidences de Papilles is to offer a unique menu for all guests.
