Cyril has put his grandfather Ernest's salt marsh back on the road...with real passion and the desire to do well and in the rules of the art....
His salt is sublime and the man endearing with authenticity and benevolence... A real joy for me to know him

A few flakes of fleur de sel on meat, fish or vegetables...it changes everything...between flavor and crunch!
